Murphy is a young male blk lab chow mix. He is in need of a family that has some time to show him the ropes. He is super loving and wants to please. He is a volunteer favorite. Please come meet Murphy. |
Tuna:
Tuna has been at the shelter longer then most of our cats. When Tuna came to the shelter he told us he wanted to be named after his favorite thing, so that is where his name comes from. Tuna is looking for a home that allows plenty of naps. Please consider adopting him. |

Bunny's Fund
You Can Save Lives!
Bunny’s story:
Little Bunny is a 5 lb sweetheart Chihuahua that was at the shelter. She had a severely injured hind leg.
Despite the trauma and pain she must have been feeling, she stayed sweet and wagged her tail. ASVT was determined to save her.
A Veterinarian appointment was made and Bunny went into “foster care” with a volunteer. The break was so bad her leg needed to be amputated. It was an expensive surgery but this is what “ASVT does with the donations we receive”.
Bunny’s resilience and “heart” are a perfect example of how to handle life when
the chips may be down. Bunny is doing great and she now has a “furever”
home.
